My Circumstance & Context I currently live in South Africa where we are faced with power cuts. The schedule for these cuts is becoming more and more, and whilst they are announced a week in advance they often change. This means it’s really hard to hold true to a regular schedule for any container, and the constant re-scheduling is starting to affect my well-being. I take pride in offering a level of service that is now being compromised by something out of my hands.

The Story Space is an online membership I am running. It currently has just a few women in who show up to the co-working calls as and when they can. Whilst I would love to further promote this offer, the practical and emotional admin that comes with rescheduling amidst power cuts (sometimes up to 12hrs per day) means I don’t feel confident in sharing lots about it. Anyone in the membership gains access to a whole host of online resources, including courses, my audiobook, and online calls.

So I’m looking for someone to help. To support with membership communications, keeping tabs on the Facebook Group, scheduling and announcing calls, and sometimes hosting them too. The calls include:

Co-working calls, to support people to work in community. These usually look like people muting their mics and getting on with writing chapters, social media posts, course tasks etc, and sometimes calling out for guidance, support or feedback.
Sharing Circles where participants get to share their writing and be witnessed in their work.

I’d be open to bringing in other forms of facilitation that you feel align with the sentiment of ‘The Story Space’ - this might be emotional clearing processes, rituals or otherwise.

I am open to this being a paid position or an alternative trade exchange.
