MEET YANA
Hey! So happy you’re here. You likely already know me as a multi-disciplinary artist, utterly devoted to living and expressing life to the fullest.
in October 2020 I committed to making 100 videos by the end of the year. Together with that commitment I made a promise to myself: I vowed to never leave myself behind along the way.
What I meant by this was to never *ever* dishonour how I truly felt in the moment for the sake of a goal. To deeply listen to myself every step of the way and go at the pace of my truth.
At times along the way it felt impossible, and still… I DID IT!!! I created and published 100 videos by the end of the year, without rush or hurry of the sacrifice of my well being.
I learned so many lessons along the way.
I learned that the days of hustle hard and self sacrifice are over. Certain ways of being that used to (kind of) work simply don’t work anymore. We’re being called to create rather than produce. To bring the essence of ourselves into all that we do.
I got to feel with every fibre of my being how deeply we’re being called home to ourselves. To our wildest dreams, our truest selves AND to a place of wellbeing as we accomplish.
I believe I took this journey for many reasons. Most significantly, to learn the lessons. To live them, and to share them with you.
