Human expression is so important to me. Both my own, and yours. I am a multi-faceted talent filled treasure, ready to call you into your own glistening greatness. The true kind that emanates from your body and nuzzles into your bones.
I see the world through a lens of wonder, magic and mystery. Glee is my compass and my heart’s truth is the thing that I beat for. Where most people see tree bark, I see faces growing and smiling, and stay in conversation with them. The world speaks, my body speaks, and together the way ahead is revealed.

I am a story hunter. A craftswoman, of words. I write Memoirs: My own life stories & Mytha: Short bespoke brand mythologies. My books: The Fire in my Belly & You Came with The Birds. I speak on my podcast, Fire Bellies, to artists, mystics and change-makers about their ways in the world and give a whole helping of solocasts to share my curious mind’s meandering. As a coach, facilitator & helping hand to humans, I hold 1:1 journeys, immersive experiences and online courses. I photograph, I sometimes film, I ooze and delight in life through every creative avenue I can get my hands and teeth into. Internal excavation and inner-landscape adventures are my domain. I revel in aliveness, togetherness and the self-defined wins that come through a marriage of spirit, body & mind.
