Dear Body: the sweetest, simplest embodiment toolkit
Are you ready to ready to nourish your relationship with your body, and your overall embodiment practise? Dear Body is a love letter to your body, a tool kit, & a card game packed with practical tasks, poems & journal prompts, to bring you home to every single cell of your being.
We were taught as little girls to sit still when we wanted to run, to bite our tongue when we wanted to laugh and roar, and to pull our tummies in when we were way too f*cking young to be thinking about our looks.
Dear Body is a love letter to the little girl inside, and the maiden, and the mother, and the crone. It is a heartfelt cry for a world which is gentle, and tender enough for our bellies to soften, our jaws to unclench and our dance to burn through us.
Your body is designed to feel, you know? To celebrate the pleasure of being present and alive; filled with joy, and grief, and all the existential waves. The wisdom of your body is designed to guide you; divinely. To speak clear inner knowing in ways only you know. Dear Body gently, and playfully, guides you home to that internal place; a place that elevates your body as the key carrier to a joyful and fulfilling life.

Hey, Hi! I’m Yana. Dear Body was born from the 7 little videos that sit at the heart of this offer.
Once upon a time, I ran a sisterhood called Deep Inner Knowing. I supported women to traverse traumas, & connect deeply with the creative energy of their pelvic bowl. It was quite a movement; and whilst the core teachings in that offered were potent and transformational, it was these 7 videos that helped women to stay grounded, present and connected to their being on a cellular level along the way.
Together with a Body Love zoom call (recorded around the same time) and a newly-born card deck for you to play with, this offer is designed to support you to come home to your body in a gentle, non-disruptive, day-to-day way.
If you’re looking for a journey inwards, that requires very little practical time and a self-led pace; this may very well be what you’re looking for.
